ingredients:-
.500 gm dal
2 onion
3 tomatoes
1 tsp chop garlic
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1.5 tbsp oil
chop coriander
1 tsp desi ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
1.5 spoon salt

ingredients for paneer butter masala:-
.250 gm paneer
2 onion
10 cashew
3 tomatoes
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 cube butter
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
kasoori methi
1/2 tsp cumin powder
salt to taste
1/4 tsp sugar
2 tsp cream

ingredients for jeera rice:-
1 tsp oil
1 spoon desi ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
whole spices
salt to taste
