I was hoping that there will be a Unifi NAS, they really need to make on soon.

ONVIF support means I can get rid of my Hikvision NVR

Able to use any 3rd party ONVIF camera is huge. Ubiquiti has always been so against this

I'd like to see the Power Amps have a proper rack mount, in the image here it looks like they're bending the shelf noticably with the weight so it would be ideal if they release a proper mount to fit them in a 2U space (or 4 units in a 3U space possibly?)

I'd be very keen to see a PDU HD in a half height version as well with C13/C19 sockets to be more geography-agnostic, also would be great to see more non-US oriented power accessories in general.

Really excited to see ONVIF support! I can then use my existing Hikvision cameras with it

Another fantastic video but man those power amps look heavy, the way they’re kinking the shelves just a bit.

<3 nice video, like always :) i hope Ubiquiti will release NAS too, as Synology make bad decision after bad decision, so ... It would be nice to see some manufacturer, who actually care

Looks like a 48 port 10GbE (at least) on that new Enteprirse switch. The Enterprise NVR's looks nice too.

I would love more info on the new amps. Just wish they didn't look like a box with a Nest thermostat on the front.

ONVIF is so major for me.

I will drop Blue Iris for sure because its running on a windows VM juste for 1 big Axis SpeedDome...

Glad to see the future possibility to add it to my UNVR 💪

Onvif is a plus, but be careful in what profile you use.

I’m surprised they didn’t do a better solution for rock mounting the amp

Everyone (me included) has been comparing the PowerAmps to the Sonos Amps. One thing I've seen Sonos' amps do in the past (so I presume still works on their current offerings) is allow you to daisy-chain multiple amps together on the network (i.e. Amp E connects to Amp D, which then goes to C, B and A, and then A gets the uplink back to the network). Given that the PAs have dual gigabit ports, I'm presuming they can do the same. Would this be something you could test if you're able to get any, Cody? I haven't found a definitive answer online anywhere, and considering their price vs the Sonos ones ($100 less), plus Sonos getting itself in hot water recently over its app redesign, I'd consider buying them over Sonos. My reason for asking is that I feel like a stack of 5 taking up 1 port on a network switch would be a lot less of a pain than 5 taking up 5 ports.

That new 48 port enterprise with the SFP ports clearly has QSFP form factor on the far right side. Looks like 6 ports of QSFP size.

The only reason for QSFP form factor is 40gb or 100gb speeds on a switch. 40gb is long dead, so I guess we can deduce that this new switch is *likely* a 48 port 25gb switch with 6-8 100gb ports on it as well. Perhaps an "enterprise aggregation" type model. Im guessing this probably uses the same 98CX8410 switch chip that Mikrotik products use for their large size 25gb/100gb switch. And given Ubiquiti's fondness of using Annapurna Labs (Amazon now) CPUs since they have used them for like 10 years now, this is probably even using the same AL52400 CPU as the Mikrotik does.

What im curious about is where that single QSFP cable they have plugged in goes.... As that means another device in the rack likely has a 100gb QSFP port as well.

I'm really excited about the PowerAmp, I hope they will add chromecast support to it (or if it has auto sensing on the RCA input then it's possible to use a Chromecast audio).

ONVIF support is cool, but rumor has it that they won't suport notifications from 3rd party cameras.

Im so exited about onvif! Question do you have any videos on how to bypass an ips a fiber modem to a udm?

ONVIF adoption in Protect is massive! Can't wait to see it and replace Blue Iris with Protect... finally! The only drawback is how can I secure my recordings? Now my BI installation sits on a VM in the cloud connected via a site-2-site VPN so if anyone breaks in into my building and steal everything, recordings are safely in the cloud. Any clue?
