The PORTRET study - Predicting outcome of older adults with breast cancer

The PORTRET tool was developed to predict survival, breast cancer recurrence and other-cause mortality (or competing mortality) in older adults with breast cancer. In this video I will show you how the tool was developed, and I will present the validation data (including it's discrimination and calibration).

About me:
I am a registered clinical epidemiologist and working as a fellow in medical oncology in the Netherlands. I have published over 50 manuscripts and have received several large research grants. I am particularly interested in research in geriatric oncology and am a an active member of the International Society for Geriatric Oncology.
