Well, you can also get low testosterone ironically from using steroids after you quit them. Your body does not produce like it used to because of the fact you use the steroids. I’m not saying he used steroids. I’m just saying.

Having a high count of androgen receptors is more important than having high testosterone levels as these androgen receptors have to bind with testosterone. So having relative low test levels 300-400 ng/dl isnt a real problem if you have a high count of androgen receptors.
The problem is, you cannot test for high count of androgen receptors. It can be "calculated" when doing bloodwork AFAIK.
