When Allan Jackson stepped to the podium to begin his closing I could see his complete belief that his client is innocent. The weight he was carrying was written all over his face.

The judge treated Karen like she was a guilty person. At this.point Karen has held it together and listened all sorts of ridiculous statements from the cw and the police. The judge doesn't show any care for the defendent. The judge expects total respect and yet treats the defense with contempt and rudeness, total bias.

Cannoni (snickered) LAUGHED OUT LOUD when bullying Yennetti & Jackson just *one second before* KR must've smirked/smiled in response to the judges absurd behavior... Cannoni's abrupt snap at KR was SO F'D UP that I was shocked. The judge was power tripping because she felt threatened by the defense. Not a good look, Aunt Bev. 🚫

I've sat as a juror, and this form she tried to say was appropriate, appeared to me, to be a form designed to confuse the jury. Awful, absolutely awful!

The worst part of Bev jumping on Karen in open court is two fold in my opinion. 1. She has ZERO idea why she was smiling! She could have heard something being said by onlookers, Atty Little may have whispered something to her, etc… Secondly, Mrs O’keefe was laughing when Proctor called her a c word, and when he was talking about the affects of Crohn’s disease. I saw Mrs. O’Keefe make many gestures about Karen, laughing, etc. Once the defense objected and she called him up to sidebar, once Karen walked by she raised your arms and flopped him in her lap, like she was exasperated that they were objecting to anything! All this was done right in front of the jury and she was never told to stop doing that! That is so bad! This adds to the defense asking her to recuse herself last summer. She refused to because she wasn’t biased. She’s shown the world she is biased.

The judge was angry with Alan Jackson questioning her and she lashed out at Karen Read for absolutely nothing. She was trying to deflect attention to Karen Read and off of herself because she's a 🤡.

Judge let Matt McCabe laugh, grin, and smirk for over an hour and said nothing till Atty. Yannetti finally said, ' do you think this is a joke Mr. McCabe ?

This judge is literally THE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! Such a freaking B! She has contempt for Karen! It’s so OBVIOUS!!!!

I couldn't help but think that the McAlberts & Roberts were in the courtroom during closing arguments in order to intimidate the juror(s); I just kept thinking I sure hope all 12 jurors are on the up&up and no one has been bought, bribed, or has family relations because a hung jury would be terrible! 🤔

I dont think Bevvie saying "this is how things are always done in MA" looks good for many reasons, but the main one (that is quite ironic) is that everyone is seeing how things are done in MA and it's embarrassingly bad!
