Heh! There are many things to like about this song, but one thing that really tickled me was that the rhyme structure uses many words that match with "-tee" and "-eye" and yet the actual words "serenity" and "firefly" are never once sung. Still, because we know the theme of the song we keep anticipating one of those words to finish off a stanza, but it never happens. So the song leaves us with anticipation for something we'll never get, much like the show itself.

A very nice touch, even if it wasn't intentional!
