Health officials urge calm as more monkeypox cases emerge in Canada

Concerns are growing about the global outbreak of the monkeypox virus, as more cases are confirmed in Canada.

The disease is generally found in parts of central and West Africa and can sometimes cause infections in people after exposure to infected animals or contaminated materials.

Despite the rise in cases, Canadian health authorities still say the risk of transmission in social settings is low, since close and prolonged contact is required.

Here in Spanish health authorities believe that a string of new monkeypox cases is linked to a gay sauna near Madrid and a Pride event in the Canary Islands that drew tens of thousands of people. I need to take a vacation I'm not going to Europe instead I'm doing my vacation in Africa as it have no cases reported and I like that gay isn't rampant in Africa like in Europe.
