I remember trying to find out about internet radios a few years ago, it was like trying to find out how to turn lead into gold. In the end i just bought a DAB radio and used Bluetooth to stream foreign stations to the radio via the Radio Mobi app on my phone

Got the 94i and over the moon with it.
The amount of stations available from around the world is truly phenomenal.
The sound quality is great.
It can be used as an fm radio, dab radio, Bluetooth receiver as well as Spotify (if your into that).
What's not to like?

There is an app called 'undok' which can be linked to the radio which can act as remote and it's easy to search for international radio stations which you can store 40 stations

I really enjoy my WiFi radio. It’s a very wonderful concept but also, this is only good as long as you have an internet connection. I can indeed pick up some of my favourite shortwave stations on it as well. Very nice. But there’s that internet caveat— only if you’re online, or as long as the internet is operating properly. Other times I’m better off with a regular shortwave radio.

So it's a lot like streaming on Spotify but on a radio. Except you get stations instead of Playlist. Cool

Question about this. American FM radio is largely crap as the same people own almost all the stations, and it feels like you're more likely to hear commercials rather than music much of the time, and very little variety except which mainstream American genre top 40 you get to listen to. Are there any good websites you can recommend for looking up actually good radio stations? I'm hoping that other countries have a better time with this sort of thing.

Millions and millions of radio stations ?! It's a shame this is probably the ugliest example of a modern wi-fi radio though ! My now discontinued Roberts stream 217 radio is a thing of beauty though !
