DJI Mavic Pro / Dolly Zoom Effect (Tutorial)

In this video, I demonstrate how to achieve the "dolly zoom" or "vertigo" effect with a DJI Mavic Pro and editing in Adobe Premiere Pro. Recorded Sunday January 21, 2018.

Dylan am I correct in saying that because you are zooming in using a 1080X1920 clip, you are digitally doing it where as with the Mavic Zoom it has a 2X optical zoom, so that your resulant Dolly Zoom with the Mavic Zoom would be sharper ?

I would also suggest right-clicking both the first and second keyframe and selecting "Easy In" and "Easy Out, ' respectfully. Has a more fluid motion then

OK! I always wanted to do something like this. I am getting pretty adept at PowerDirector and sure I can duplicate this.
Question; How do you create this effect with a photo?
You've seen this...many times with older pics.
A person in foreground...then they OR the background zooms in or out with the other remains static.
Is that using masking? Or can be done some how in this manner you show?
