I will never forget how this game presented an antagonist that you couldnt decide was right in his actions or wrong. One minute, you understood his reasons for why he hated america, the next you wanted to put a bullet in his head. He was, to me, the most complex character in all of the series. You didnt need an edgelord villain, you just needed someone with a negative experience about a country just to hate it.
