This is the scripture, verse 6 that the Holy Spirit dropped in my spirit and it swam to the surface. I could initially only hear the "those that" and "doubtless" part and when I typed it in Google this scripture came up and I knew it was the Holy Spirit as it ministers to me exactly for an issue I am facing and my heart was quarrying why and how come Lord and He sent me this reassurance.
