Casu non vuol dire "cacio". Vuol dire formaggio.
Marzu significa, invece, marcio.
Quindi "formaggio marcio". Che marcio non è.
Casu fradiciu non significa nulla invece.
In alcune zone della Sardegna lo chiamano "casu frazzigu".

Pensare che il 90% della popolazione mondiale si perde questo raro e unico formaggio è Incredibile, ed è illegale non per i vermi (mia opinione) ma perche se no sarebbe troppo costoso e batterebbe qualsiasi tipo di formaggio concorrente nel mondo
