People watch ballet and have no idea what it takes. 💪💪 When I was a young dancer I could run five miles easy with no running practice. Kudos to Misty, so nice to see ballet start to reflect the real world.

I’m not flexible at all and I was in ballet when I was like five and that was a long time ago and I don’t know if I should go back in I want to but I don’t know how it would work sense I’m not that flexible
