Someone pointed out too that in the beginning, Roxanne wears red (to show she supports Metro Man/ is on his side) through the half point/the date where she finds out its Megamind, she wears purple(as a sort of confusion on who she sides with), at the end she wears blue (for Megamind)

Another fun fact is hal's villain name of titan is misspelled 'tighten' in the credits because thats how hal spells it during the movie when he's using his powers

You forgot the best one: in the villan/hero dance megamind has with metroman, after he says “fire!!” And they all just stand there, there is a single frame on the projections, showing metroman moving at is time stopping speed, forshadowing the soul searching he did in that instant of time.

The fact that the prisoners were the nicest people for the first half of his life is such an irony.
Sure he tried to be a villain but they all only liked him cuz he's now a hero. Nobody gave a fk about trying to understand him or ask as to why he did it as a kid

One of the biggest ones I love that I only found on the second watch is that in the scene where they're waiting for the death ray, for a single frame, Metroman almost glitches out and appears behind Megamind in the camera which later on would be revealed it was when he was having his existential crisis

Going by the map I would say it hit Muskegon, Michigan, which has a harbor that looks exactly like that seen in the movie.
