Jones Road, and by extension, Bobbie Brown, is a class act. I purchased the Miracle Balm which retails for $42.00. Not cheap by any means. I ordered the wrong color for my skin tone and asked for a refund. I got an email back from Jones Road telling me to keep the product and they gave me a full refund.
