Their is no magic or magnetic field in Jatinga, this is a Natural Phenomenon which happen every years during the month of August to October. During the mid monsoon of August to October. the moonless and foggy night with drizzling climatic conditions, south - westerly wind blow over Jatinga valley towards the north east provide favourable condition for attraction of varied birds towards the ' Bird trap lights. This is natural phenomenon and one of the great migration.

Those birds are not adult, but are juveniles, which get confused with the lights coming from the people's houses, and get hit on the glass of windows. But when people came to know about the reason behind it, they covered the window glasses and then the deaths of juvenile birds stopped. This is an old story.
That's what I heard in one video.
