The PEAX Solitude 4 is a system built, lightweight tipi designed to maximize comfort without sacrificing durability or protection. The patent pending CROSSTREK Stabilization™ and SINGLEPOINT Guyout™ systems bring new innovation to securing single wall shelters against high winds and heavy snow loads while also providing a convenient place to hang and dry wet gear. When combined, they increase the overall headspace by up to 30% over competitors and create a best in class livable area. The lightweight 20D Silnylon fabric with proprietary STORMSHIELD Coating™ is specially formulated to last up to 3x longer than traditional PU coatings ensuring lasting protection during inclement weather events. All high stress areas have been reinforced using some of the worlds strongest materials (TX07, VX21, and Hypalon) and bar-tack stitching has being incorporated in strategic locations as an added measure of strength.

The optional footprint floor system is built with 6 integrated attachment points and includes a zip away panel making the floor compatible with most ultralight titanium tent stoves. The integrated stove jack can accommodate up to a 4" pipe while still maintaining necessary clearances for safe stove operations.

I want a Solitude teepee tent, however I find giving up my Hellebergs with their footprint, bathtubs floor and inner tent unreasonable. My teepee tent must have all the same features as my Hillebergs and still have the capability to have a stove, so it would need stove jacks. I look at a new teepee tent as a long term investment and that investment needs to have an advantage over the investments I have already made. What say you @Peax

The coating for weather shield, how long will it last and how often should you treat the tent and seam seal? Very cool tent and design. hopefully it is in the works to take this design and make a smaller foot print for one person tent as well.

DO NOT BUY A PEAX TENT!!!

I purchased SOLITUDE 4 TIPI [SILNYLON] for my two teenage boys, who are avid hunters and exceptionally highly skilled in the backcountry. I gave them the tent for Christmas.
They took the tent out for a quick overnighter just to familiarize themselves with the tent. The center pole was bent, and once it was fully opened, it would NOT retract. Then when they were packing up the tent the next morning, they noticed a tear in the tent fabric.
I reached out to PEAX to let them know about the issues and was met with a person who would ONLY correspond via email. The customer service person, Ethan was RUDE, confusing, and made it very very clear that that PEAX would NOT warranty the tent.

DO NOT BUY A PEAX TENT!!! The quality is CRAP and the Customer Service is even WORSE!!!
