RCA Home Theater Projector RPJ116 Part I - Setup and Hands-on

I originally made this into just one video but it became too long so I had to split it into two parts. In part I, I will cover the overview of the projector and how to set it up. In part II, I will show you how to switch media source and show you what I did with the projector and some of my window projects.

I just bought this yesterday and its way better than what it looks in this video. It does work with google cast also tried it with xbox one, ps4 and switch. Works great for 60 bucks. I recommend added a sound bar for extra volume.

I got my hands on this type of system and rn I’m trying to learn how to get it to work. Idk much of anything about technology and the wires and stuff involved. Which wire do I use to plug the projector in so it shoots the visuals? The power cord is in so it’s on but it isn’t shooting any visuals so there must be a wire I haven’t got plugged in and idk which 1 and where it goes. I managed to find how to plug in the surround sound system and it is working.

I got a vankyo v630w 1080p projector from Walmart for $269.30 this rca projector only cost $ 69.00 should have kept my money been having the 630w projector for two years never had a problem with it

I just brought the same one for my room cause I barley be home just watch tv 📺 at night when I lay down but I have a projector in my living room but that was 400 dollars so it’s bomb

So basically everything that you’re saying here is in the manual I wish someone could help me find something on YouTube that is for someone who doesn’t even know what they have. I got this is a gift I don’t know what it is used for… How it can be used… Or or what a VGA is or a lots of other things you said… Before someone comes along and makes fun of me. I’m old my grandkids got this for me as a gift but I didn’t wanna be rude and say what is it what does it do etc. I’ve learned how to do so much on YouTube but finding the right video on YouTube for me is half the work.

I have an RCA RPJ129 I got about a year ago. Whenever I turn it on, it lights up & then turns right back off. Any suggestions on what it could be?

When the movie preview is showing, I click ok and it doesn’t put a check mark on it. I’ve tried and tried to get a movie playlist going to play on loop and can’t get it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

with all due respect this lady dose not seam to know much about the RCA projector. iv have had mine for nearly 2 1/2 years 1 she nearly exploded hers as soon as she plugged it in, the picture is great as long as you have all the video sittings and focus tuned perfectly i have dogs and a house full of critters as well its durable i use it for gaming fornite as well as tv with ruku screen share with my phone and all my devices and yes it can get loud but not the best of sound

I personally would return and exchange it for the ONN which seems to have bought them out befor your recipt expires. They look exactly the same except switched logos and now uses roku. My bulb burnt out just a few days after the 3 months 😯 went to exchange it and they wouldnt help me out cause its no longer in there system at Walmart, they said because they no longer sell the RCA wifi projector, its now ONN. Works better and louder i personally think cause i had to buy a new one so now the RCA is just collecting dust until i purchsse s new bulb :/ id exchange it quickly if you still can, there the same price, just to update and incade yours breaks as quickly as mine...50, 000 hours of use they say more like 4 months and croke from my experience.
