Llanberis Pass North Wales During Storm Hannah (Crazy Weather) Floods, Waterfalls & A Rapid River

Whats going on guys and girls,
Little stocking filler video here during yesterdays crazy weather. Me, Kurt and Lee ventured exploring to North Wales and after a couple of locations it got worse rapidly quick.
For anyone that follows me on Facebook or Instagram you would have seen me upload photos of flooded houses, fields, car parks and we even got cut off by a landslide (I'm not even joking).
The water continued to rise as the day went on so I can only feel for the home owners etc.

During the Llanberis Pass I stuck the GoPro mount to the inside of my Transporter and careful drove the pass, as you can see the river, roads and waterfalls were something special.

Sometimes you have to take a step back and just look how incredible mother nature is.

North Wales a stunning breathtaking area of natural beauty.

It's still a beautiful part of the country.

Being a Gwynedd fan I know the area area well.
But that driving was risky on that road and in that weather, you could have aquaplaned.

Hurricanes and cyclones are named, not storms. This is just the naming of inclement weather - how absurd.

Who ever is in charge of the roads there needs to put in some more serious drainage control. Someone is going to hydroplane off the road around the curves. I'm amazed just seeing the drainage directed straight onto the road. There should be a culvert to catch the drainage and then direct it under the roadway in a protected ditch.
