Ingredients:
Carrots 2
Potatoes 2
Beans 10
Green peas - 1 cup
Tomato 2
Onion 2
Green chilli 3
Basmati rice 300 GMs : 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Cinnamon 1 inch
Cardamom 3
Cloves 3
Bay leaf 1
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Stone flower 1 inch piece
Oil 3 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Enough salt
Coriander leaves

Method:
Add 3 tbsp oil in a pan and 1 tbsp ghee
Once oil heats up, add the whole spices(Bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, elachi, star anise, jeera)
Later add the onions and saute until the onions turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and all the mixed vegetables.
After sauteing for a while, add in ginger garlic paste.
Cook for about 10 mins in medium flam.
Add the soaked basmati rice into the pan and mix it well.
Pour water in the ratio of 1:2(1 cup of rice & 2 cups of water).
Leave it cooking for 10 minutes once the rice has absorbed almost all the water.
Simmer for around 5 to 7 minutes by closing the pan & Serve hot.
