is that the dilution rate for a backpack sprayer? Seems like it's intended to be applied directly to the turf at that rate, rather than adding it in a hose end sprayer mixture, which will further dilute the mixture.

What would the % of Humic and % of Kelp be in the mixture?

Will this work as a foliar spray as well? I have read that humic acid molecules are too large for the plant to uptake through its leaves.
