You should use your fingers to comp instead of a pick because it's sounds arppegiated .A piano player does not arppegiate but instead attack the notes at the same time, hence the difference!

thank you, your D11 looks like an Am7, and the F11 like a Cm7, is it because these chords share the same notes?
