I think about how true this all of the time.

A lot in my life looks the same. I live in the same city—the same apartment, actually. I sit in front of a computer from 9-5 and overthink most things if you let me.

But so much is different. I wake up early. I eat better. I wear things I used to “wish I could pull off” and am more confident in my skin than ever.

I’ve surrounded myself with some of the most inspiring people. And I don’t let others stop me from doing what I need to do.

I still have some thought patterns that weigh me down, but this is only the beginning.✨
