That's funny, there's a name for it. I 'rainbow kick' very effectively because it's all my flexibility lets me really do for good head kicks, so it's all I've practiced. Body hook or cross fake works very very well, intentionally miss and use it as the momentum driver.

Awesome tip about throwing to the body to set it up. I like to throw a close range kick in this style too but I usually try to hide it behind a normal cross to the head. Gonna try the body shot now!

Right cross into into a rainbow kick, jab, cover the eyes into a switch kick are my two favorite deceptive techniques. Incredibly easy for tall guys. Just be very careful in sparring, lots of momentum
