How to Remove Parental Controls in Epic Games

In this video, I show you how to remove parental controls in Epic Games. You can remove parental controls by signing into the Epic Games website and going to the parental settings. Here you will need to enter the parental PIN to be able to change the settings. Once you have access to the Epic Game parental settings you can adjust them as needed. Ideally, you will want to remove all restrictions to remove parental restrictions.

In some cases, the parental restrictions may be due to game settings, particularly if you're having issues with Fortnite. If this is the case then you will want to change the settings to allow you full access or turn off parental controls as a whole.

If there is no parental control PIN active on your Epic Games account then you may have a combined account. This means that your account's permissions are being controlled by a separate parental account. In order to be able to make changes you will need to request authorization from the parental account. You can contact Epic Games support for help with removing parental controls on a combined account.
