Thanks I developed or was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 4 years ago. I get up about twice a night to pee and atleast have to change my shirt once. The trouble is every time you wake up it takes time to go back to sleep. So the next day one has to deal with fatigue issues.

type two diabetes can certainly be reversed i did it by changing my diet. stop eating rice, flour, bread, i never drink sodas, pushing weights at the gym on a regular basis, plus i blended vegetables, kale, spinach, beetroot, cucumbers, okras, raw peanuts consistently. my doctor was shocked all he could say was WOW

Night sweats are part of menopause, pre & post, although they tend to drop off dramatically after menopause

Only fear of disease creates lot of problems. These all symptoms can also be related to other issues like stress anxiety depression and panic fear of any disease

Vague and ambiguous terms like ‘frequently’ and ‘consistently’ are immeasurable and difficult if not practically impossible to quantify — which doesn’t help understand the basis of these generalised advisements

When I was diagnosed with pre-Diabetes, I stopped drinking coffee, nixed dairy, most sugar, breads, non-organic red meat. I ate more foods rich in potassium and vitamin D, practiced controlled breathing and daily light exercise. My blood pressure slowly got under control, my A1C went down, my inflamation went away and I no longer suffered from restless leg syndrome. I also watched my salt intake and made sure that I drank enough water everyday. Water is the only thing that I drink now.
