My friendly suggestion to anyone developing an old school "isometric", party based RPG: don't overdo effects and put as much care as you can on animations and a cohesive art style, instead.
It seems to be the area where a lot of recent attempts in the genre disappointed the most (visually).

I won't comment on mechanics since we still don''t know a thing about them.

The Music (at least the start)sounds like "The ruins of Ozamar" from Dragon Age: Origins. Took the inpiration from there?

Kinda interested since I love RPGs, but know nothing of Pathfinder ruleset or setting.
Never heard of any of the people involved aside from Chris Avellone, who alone isn't enough.

Ugh. Sounds like the scope is going to be too big making the game another subpar borefest like Tyranny. Unless they have way more funds and way more employees that is, as I believe Tyranny's team was fairly small.
