Bruce Lee Original Membership Card | Rare Bruce Lee Training footage

in this episode, Charles Damiano, Bruce Lee Collector,
discusses and shares his original Bruce Lee membership card! This membership card was what Bruce Lee would issue to his students who joined his Gang Fu Schools in Seattle, Oakland and LA. Also Hector Martinez, shares with us his original Bruce Lee business card with Bruce Lee's handwriting on the back of the card and the schedule on the front of the card filled in by Dan Inosantos, Bruce Lee's number one instructor of Jeet Kune do at that time at the Los Angeles California Jeet Kune Do School.

In the second half of this episode I share rare Bruce Lee footage from Bruce Lee's early Seattle years! James DeMile, one of Bruce Lee's original students, during this early 1960's period, discusses Bruce's training methods back then as you watch Bruce Lee doing Wing Chun trapping techniques, Chi Sao, Wing Chun's first form -
Sil Lim Tao and much more! Some of Bruce Lee's original students at this time were Jesse Glover, James Lee, Ed Hart, Al Novak, James DeMile and Taky Kimura just to name a few....

Takuy Kimura, Bruce Lee best friend and highest ranking student taught at the Jun Fan Gung Fu Institute in Seattle during the early 60's.

Hi Charles, the membership cards that you and Hector have, along with demiles video of where Bruce Lee trained his students. Wonderful to see, and feel what it would've been like to meet and be his student back then. He was never intimidated by his surroundings of where to train at the time. A park, a parking garage, his back yard. The places didn't matter in the beginning. What really mattered was what he taught, and his philosophy at the time.

Nice card ! This is Bruce Lee's second membership card design and it came in 4 different colors, blue, red, green and gold. The colors represent the seasons. I'd love to find a gold one!

Charles great card I have one also mine has the green upper border color I think these cards came in 4 different colors green gold red and blue. Excited about seeing the next video from one collector to another Harry McKenzie from South Carolina.
