3 months since I first saw this video (and started to go to the gym), still watching it today 😊
(edit) now it's been almost 9 months
(edit 2) in 3 weeks it will be a year !
(edit 3) don't worry guys if I don't respond, I'm still here after 2 years !
(6th of April 2020) Still progressing but at home 😁
(16th Feb 2021) I hope gyms are opening soon but still here
(16th May 2022) I focus a little more on school, but I'm still here
(10th May 2024) Got my degree, got a new job and got back to the gym. Life’s great!
(6th May 2025) Still working at the same job, still going to the gym, exercising has become even more important because I sit all day at my desk. And now it’s been a year since I added long distance running into my workout routine. I’m going to run my first marathon in 3 weeks !

Jeff, you probably won't see this but this is the MOST motivational video ever, seen it for the first time about half a year ago. I'm still waiting to fully grow so I can start working out like you at the gym, till then I work out with body weight, swim and run. I wanna be like you but so many people say it's too much, I'm not sure what to do. Still watch this video at least every three days to stay motivated.
