Clicking noise coming from front shock. Does anyone else have this fork and have you done anything through warranty?

Received bike back from shop. Replaced cartridge and also serviced bottom air chamber. No tapping sound is coming from the shock at the moment!

Giant is replacing the cartridge in the fork under warranty. Waiting on shipping and install now.

I've had nothing but problems with my Fathom 29 2. The fork clicked and now has play in the right leg. I just got it warrantied after 6 months. My dropper has stopped working now, for a second time. They didn't install the proper chainring, and after 5 hrs combined labor on warranty stuff my bike shop has told me they will have to start charging me labor cause Giant has denied their labor costs. I'll never buy another Giant again, this may have been a fluke bike but their customer service is the worst.
