Really its down to personal preference! Like for me i hit the reverb button and start and get CLEAR responses to questions when a spirit wants to communicate

I've found that the reverb makes the responses more difficult to tease out.

I don’t believe it matters what way people use the app. I’m sure people gets spirit voices either way
