It really works.
Most of people would say that it does not work and only the screen starts rotating once the cheat is entered.
For those people, do below things.

1. Make sure the cheat code is taken from the link that this guy has pinged.
2. Make sure all the letters are entered in upper case.
3. Once you start entering the cheat code, the screen will rotate. Don't worry about that. Keep entering the entire cheat code. Once you are done with entering the complete cheat code, hit weapon fire button to stop the rotating screen.
