As a Braves fan I was rooting against him until the 6th inning. After that I was rooting for the Big Unit and perfection. One of the most dominant performances I have ever seen.

A no-hitter is Amazing. But a perfect-game means you didn't pitch around anybody or let any hitter get away from you. It is so rare... So incredible... Such a thing of beauty to watch and appreciate.

This was the year the Diamondbacks went 51 - 111. Thank you Randy for the lone highlight that year.

Cardinals fan here. Always dreaded facing the D backs against Schilling/Johnson...those guys were on another level. Great vid.

I’m more impressed with the post game reporter. He got snubbed on the handshake from the manager but seamlessly transitioned to a cool point. Incredible.

Anybody else bothered by one of the announcers saying "that's a strike" about the pitch at 4:45? Lmao

I remember being at the Dodgers game as a 10 year old boy with my dad, watching Dennis Martinez of the expos pitch a perfect game! Us Dodgers fans cheering Dennis on! Amazing experience! Congrats Randy!

I was in my 20s when I saw this game and now I'm the same age he was in this game.
I realize once again that achieving a perfect game at this age is truly crazy.

I remember getting a perfect game playing as Matt Morris on MVP Baseball 2005. Watching the real thing from a great like Randy Johnson is a million times better. A true legend.

Ken Griffey Jr. has always been my favorite player but The Big Unit has always been my favorite pitcher to watch.

I heard mention of several of his great career accomplishments: the co-world series mvp, the no hitter and now the perfect game. Why was there no mention of the bird?

Best pitching I've seen, and here's me wondering who got his cap in the scrum.
I'll bet someone's got a souvenir they're not going to own up to for a while
