WiFiman started as a basic network discovery tool and expanded into a speed test platform supported by a global server network. The app pushed the limits of signal mapping using the iPhone’s built-in LiDAR technology, and most recently integrated a touch-less VPN innovation we call Teleport.

And now we are excited to announce the first hardware device specifically designed for the WiFiman app called the Wizard.

Nice gadget. Whats the difference with WifiMan scan feature ? only 2.4GHz and 5GHz unlicensed band scanning, not 6GHz in 2022 ?

It would be nice to see Teleport working for site-to-site connections between 2 Unifi controllers. Currently, site to site only works with fixed IP which is not widely available for home users.

If only Apple allowed developers to access Wifi network and other information. This device wouldn’t be necessary then. But well, better than not having it when you need it I guess.

Personally, I would rather see Ubiquiti release an alarm siren for Unifi Protect, or an European compatible DIN door lock. And window sensors, flood lights etc.
