ZTE SPro 2 mobile hotspot and projector

After using a ZTE-917 Falcon mobile hotspot for when we were out camping and on the road, I found I wanted something that was a little bit more than just a basic hotspot.

So we purchased a ZTE Spro 2 mobile hotspot.. not only can it connect 10 devices but it also is a projector. The touch screen makes the product feel like you're dealing with a tablet more than just a piece of equipment has to sit around collecting dust until it is tethered or connected via Bluetooth to a computer.

With this purchase I'm finding I’m able to actually use the hotspot that would normally have just sat in a desk drawere and collect a bunch of un-used data whenever we are not out on the road. Of course we could use this in a Wi-Fi function only and do all the things that you would normally do with a tablet but this one also has the projector... If you want to watch movies or anything else you may want to input or connect to this thing is a breeze to use... I've been extremely happy with this purchase and wish I have done it sooner.

Just purchased one of these projectors to watch movies at night when I go camping, going to be delivered tomorrow, plan on installing Kodi on to it. Really nice little projector. Thanks for reviewing it!

Thanks for the personal commentary. Most of the reviews that I've seen of the Spro 2 have been specifications and speculation, no real-use cases.

I just got mine but in my case it's going to be used mostly as a projector. got mine from AT&T (deal was $99 with 2 year contract so I couldn't pass that up!). will also be a Emergency backup 4 if my cable modem internet is out 4 some reason. love mine!
