Phone Restrictions 'Wreaking Havoc' at California Schools

Thousands of high school students in the Bay Area started the school year last Thursday — without their cellphones.

These lockable bags, called Yondr pouches, were distributed to students at Mt. Diablo High School during orientation, but the transition on the first day of school has not been smooth.
