Wow, check out the lag for who breaks off to start the match. That table needs to be seriously re-leveled. Both lag shots drift off about 20 miles to their right or our left. One thing I have observed with these professional pool players, even top professionals is that they do miss "easy" shots on occasion. Having said that though, many top professionals can play a ton of games without missing. I've heard that Earl Stickland for example has played many a tournament without missing a shot he should have made. Not including banks, kicks, combinations or caroms.
