Note on the LBP3 situation: Sony has kept the resource server online (containing every level, profile, prize, etc. ever published on LBP1, 2, and 3). This COULD potentially mean that a new LBP game could be happening. Or at least some other way to access the levels (like an official archive or something).

Here's a tech tip that's pinnacle whenever you're playing a game that doesn't seem to be fully utilizing the cpu make sure that in task manager the games exe is set to high or real time priority and that the affinity is all available cpu core (Prio helps to save it all so you don't have to repeat it until you get another setup)
