Biden kicks off NATO summit in Washington amid concerns about his candidacy

As President Biden welcomed NATO leaders to a summit in Washington, House and Senate Democrats met to discuss his future. Mr. Biden delivered a forceful tribute to NATO at the opening of the meeting and said Ukraine will prevail in the war with Russia. It was the first of several public events that will be watched closely this week as Mr. Biden defies calls for him to leave the presidential race. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports.
