Rural Emergency and Trauma Enhancement Program

Показать описание
Rural clinicians are boosting their emergency and trauma response skills thanks to the Rural Emergency and Trauma Enhancement Program.
The program primarily focuses on upskilling the clinicians by offering a range of educational opportunities. In 2018, over 300 training opportunities were accessed by rural doctors and nurses, Queensland Ambulance Officers and First Responders.
The program was established in 2018 and has been facilitated by a partnership between the Mackay Hospital and Health Service and Glencore, who have now invested $200,000 towards enhancing our rural communities’ ability to respond to trauma.
