Croix Bethune is a top notch playmaker, her vision and technical abilities are way above average for someone this young. I hope we see her at the Olympics 🤩

reign had their chances with those crosses from the flanks, Washington defended well on the ground.
And I am starting to get worried about Rodman inability to score (she does everything else right), but her flat shot to the goalkeeper body always let her down.

Good fight-back by Reign, but they were their own worst enemy the first 40 minutes or so. Great strike for their second goal as regulation ran out:/

well, Rodman starting to ref whine again. thought she was done with that. Bethune continues to shine. good to see. tough penalty on Ivy. four Reign players around Sarr, the only Spirit near goal, and everybody watched as Bethune sent the cross in. terrible. crazy to think the Reign were in the finals last season. ty for the highlights.

suppose i need to add that i of course know the Reign have indeed lost many players, have injuries, etc. so for those who feel the need to alet me to that fact. dont bother. its still a huge step backwards for a team who went to the finals. ty all so much for assuming and feeling like you need to educate me. smh.
