I made a concept of a Pulsar planetary system for a book I had in mind. PSR-1267+12 A ( Beasleys Planet ). With no visible sky. And constant flashes of light in the endless black. The surface is rocky and iced and no life exists. All except for the mutated denizens that roam a human reserch colony on its surface. It was gonna have a big Dead Space vibe but I never got around to writing it. Too many other ideas.🤷‍♂️

tilt of sun's axis is ~6 degrees off the orbital plane of major planets. even as pulsar it would fire its radiation away from our orbit, so the argument of gamma rays etc. is moot
