Roger Mayweather reveals what Joseph Agbeko must do in order to beat Guillermo Rigondeaux

I agree with most of this. Watch Provodnikov vs Alvarado. Provodnikov would jab, clinch, step over to the right and throw a left hook to the head which hurt Alvarado. Corley did that move vs Mayweather. Cotto did it a couple of times, too. Punching at the shoulders and arms would leave you vulnerable to counter right hands and uppercuts, as seen in the Canelo fight when he tried that.

Canelo often throws the left to the body after slipping a punch but he wasnt able to land it against Floyd. When Floyd controls the distance its almost impossible to land the left to the body. Floyd understands angles and wont give up the angle for a liver shot. The best opportunity is when you get Floyd on the ropes but the problem with that is Floyd will likely catch you with the right hand before you get the left hook off. The jab is the only consistant punch Floyd can be hit with.

The best way to break that philly shell shoulder roll defense is to throw left hooks to the body and punch at the shoulders and arms and throw jabs.. you're kind of vounerable to jabs when you're in the philly shell that's why floyd gets hit with them more then any other punch because after he shoulder rolls your right hand he puts his head right back on line to get hit with a jab at times

I disagree. Did you see those left hooks Donaire landed on rigo? Rigo's chin got better after working with Pedro Diaz. It shown in the fight with Donaire. You also have to consider the fact that Rigo fights power punchers that are 10+ pounds bigger than him. Rigo has a decent chin.

Yes, that's true but you have to take risks and try it.. take some risks and give yourself a chance at least even though that alone might not be enough to win the fight it does seem effective against Mayweather.. it's not like Mayweather has a lot of power and will knock you out even if he hits you with a solid counter right hand or uppercut

Cotto did a little bit of what i said and he had a lot of success lol how many left hook counters that were devastating did floyd hit cotto with when cotto threw hooks to his body?.... he's he gets in a defensive shell when you do that is more defensive and doesn't even try countering you a lot of the time lol he's not a aggressive counter puncher like marquez is he's more defensive and places his counters very carefully but doesn't counter as much as marquez does
