Wow the level of true knowledge out there about Reverse Splits is shockingly Bad!

The Reverse Splits done by David Michery at Seven Arts work out at an accum of: 1 FOR 175, 000, 000 shares!

A $SAPX shareholder with 175million shares in 2009, ( taking HODL approach ) would have had 1 SHARE in 2014 after the six R/S! --- - - - - - Think about that!

Mullen will need $Billions to ever get production going. That means BILLIONS of which means several R/S.... This house of cards is going to collapse.

I'm invested in the stock but I can appreciate seeing what both sides of the fence are saying, all valid points, I do not have to agree with all the points made but I can appreciate the work put into the video, when one invest into something we do not need to be blind to the Red flags just because we like the stock, keep the updates coming, there is one thing for sure they need to deliver on there promises, things have not been straightforward as we wanted so they need to step up if they want to gain more trust among us investors

In the Form 8-K Filing yesterday, it states that "the Company issued and sold ONE (1) share of the Company’s Series AA Preferred Stock" to DM which gives him 1.3B voting rights for RS. This will happen much much sooner than the 180 day Nasdaq deadline in March 2023. Perhaps in weeks. He needs to increase the SP now in order increase the pace of dilution. Back when they voted for the 2.25B share, most Retail Investors did not realize that DM already had over 40% of the voting rights. His "financial investors" had the other 10-15%. Retail votes were meaningless. DM was recently awarded 24.6M more share which represents 2% performance stock award. 24.6M is 2% of 1.23B shares. That means the current OS is at least 1.23B shares. After they RS and he dilutes the remaining 850M shares, he will probably request about 5B more shares to dilute. He will position himself to have majority votes for that as well. Remember, in his Benzinga Interview, he mentioned needing to raise about 1.3B Dollars. BTW, I have to give credit to @KendallP97 for the math on the OS & many other great DD. Thanks for your great videos as well.

MULN the truth. Be greedy when others are fearful. Shorts are desperate. Be ready with your short seller friends to cover your shorts by margin calls. MULN is becoming profitable. David bought in the middle of October. Institutions increasing their positions 😄😄😄
