People are dumb if they don't see where the trend is going. Companies like Mcdonalds have invested in various tech companies for this reason. Why invest in unreliable labor that can't execute the mission of the brand? A robot will do what its programmed to do. It doesn't have feelings, it doesn't get tired, it doesn't need to be petty. It just executes...in the end 1's and 0's
