I turn 19 in a week and I have a weak chin. The side parts of my jaw are pretty square, but the chin is tiny and I fucking hate it. Saved up roughly half the money so far from my part time job, but it costs 12-20K here in New Zealand. Everyone's telling me not to do it, but I don't give a fuck. Hey, one question. Many surgeons remove the excess skin in the form of direct necklift or z-plasty once the platysma is tightened closed. In this video you dont seem to remove any amount of skin after the tightening, how is this possible? Thank you.
