Never thought caffeine withdrawal could get so bad. I had acid reflux for more than a week so I cannot drink coffee. So for that whole period aside from my stomach pains, my headaches were so intense I couldn't get decent sleep, and it felt like my whole body was sore and numb at the same time 😂
