I have one of these and they are wonderful. There is no fear of falling and at least on the one that I had it has an adjustable tension and it also measures how many minutes you’ve been on it and how many revolutions you have done. A good product! Expertly demonstrated by the lovely Liz 😊

I use this at work when I have down time. I turn it around tho cuz it feels more natural to me. I crank up the resistance and it feels more like a conditioning on my legs. Burns. Great machine for conditioning legs.

I have that at home..if you are worried about falling off of it...just do what I do..I put a chair with a high back in front of it with the back of the chair in front of me and use that to hold on to when I exercise on that

I saw a comment under another review video, from a man who had been very heavy, and broke a couple of standing elliptical machines.
He sat at his bedside and used this device, and, it helped him.

This video is 3 years old so these aren't 89 bucks anymore. Just gone one and the going price is $128 minimum. And the newer models have a handle at the top of the plastic casing to make it easier to move this around and change position for sitting/standing work.

I have cerebral palsy and I use it both ways. For the standing I obviously use my walker to hold on to and then if I get a little tired I can sit in my wheelchair and pedal!

The standing workout works the legs, butt and low back, but surprisingly, also works the torso muscles. I was surprised but you get a pretty general workout with these even without the big handle bars full ellipticals come with.

My legs lock hard on these. It does cause a burn in the legs. I wanted something more for cardio. Having varicose veins, resistance aggravates this problem.

I wanted to use a treadmill while working on my laptop, but it's impractical cuz of limited space. Have you tried using this while standing at the computer?
