they sent me instructions but it had the wrong link so i was never sent my software. contacted the help line and email and they said the key is working... well that is fine... but i don't have the software to even put the key in. yes i watched their video... but it implies that the software downloaded. AGAIN... they didn't send me a working download link

As some one also mentioned, I am not getting the phone activation option for 0ffice 2021 after putting the key in. It just keeps taking me back to entering the key again. and if i restart excel it just says Product Activated. How am i to be sure it won't expire in 5 days? Why did this version of window not letting us use phone activation? Is it key related? Would appreciate someones helpful input. I just got the key today

there is this red notice on getcid.. "Now Microsoft server has problem, Temporarily unable to getcid. After microsoft fixes the error, it will work normally"

should I wait until the notice gone?

the getcid page is not working says something about the servers. is there any alternative way?

its not working it says confirmation id success but I dont see anything. Also with internet method it says ms office has been installed maximum number of times please help I am in dire need to use word for some work and its not opening I have the product key too
