Featuring over 3 hours of epic / electronic / ambient / orchestral music, this is the biggest GRV Music project I've ever worked on.
The themes of COSMOS 3 extend from the future of space exploration to the boundaries of reality itself.

Thank you all so much for your kind words! I really appreciate your support and feedback and it's really motivating me to keep working and creating more! By the way, at 1:47:27 I accidentally credited the wrong artist for the image. The real one is Erik Shoemaker. I'm extremely sorry for this mistake. Erik is a phenomenal artist and I don't want to discredit his work. You can check the description for more info.

My junior high students listen to your cosmos playlists while they write short stories. Space music emanates down the hallways of my school :)

We have been waiting for volume 3 forever. Thank you!

I can't help crying through some of these songs. I am blown away by the fact of our existence. The fact of life, that we exist at all, in such an unforgiving and harshly beautiful cosmos. On a tiny planet in such vastness, we're fragile enough to be blown away in a cosmic instant by any one of the immense natural forces that permeate the universe. And yet here we are. I hope humanity can be unified through a deep reverence of this fact. May we live in peace with one another, cherishing each day of our fragile existence.

This is so perfect. I had 142 terms and concepts to memorize for a final exam, and watching the slow moving images along with beautiful music, while I attempted to recall the information was almost magical. Thank you, I am your biggest fan, Mortifer! <3

@Mortifer V. In my eyes this is an astounding achievement demonstrating the vast and awesome nature of the unknown. COSMOS: A Musical Journey Through Time & Space has been concluded in one of the most breathtaking works I've seen in a very long time. Volumes 1 and 2, incredible all by themselves, set a precedent that seemed impossible to fulfill, a void that must have taken great effort and imagination to satisfy. Your compositions, COSMOS 1M1 and COSMOS 4M14, in my opinion were true to the purpose of this GRV MegaMix and deserve recognition (as I have personal experience with composition and understand the inherent level of effort put into each note), and I believe it is right that they should be officially titled in the future with names just as original and personal as the masterpieces they will accompany.

That first quote really gets to me.
While I have a basic understanding of the more complex forces in play in our universe, I can't do the math on any of them. I had previously studied for an engineering degree until I hit the proverbial brick wall at multivariable calculus. That such advanced mathematics are not only suggested, but required, to understand the forces here on Earth, let alone among the stars? It is something which boggles the mind.

Is it a coincidence that I just watched Carl Sagan's speech about the pale blue dot, before opening up YouTube to find this beauty in my subbox?

Playing No Man's Sky NEXT to this music - a perfect accompaniment to exploration of a hitherto unknown place...for that, I thank you and these wonderful artists.

I know I'm commenting this now and sorry for my bad english but. When I discovered the trilogy of the Cosmos mix it was on 2017. I searched "space music" for my eternal love for space and music and believe me, it changed my life forever. Same as Cosmos II. Later i listened to this specifically on September last year knowing it's existence since 2018. I saved it to listen to it later on cuz I'm imaginating a story that I wish to do and animate on the future. (Hoping I get permission from the compositors) and also I just wanted to say, thank you mortifer. For allowing me to cry, dream and let my imagination flows to something I didn't know I needed, creating a chromatic portal of stars and time that supported me through darkest times that still exist but i try my best to not let them get full control of me. Thank you for creating The One Space Between Us❤️💚💙💜🖤🧡
PD: i got really nostalgic hearing Solaris since it's part of the first mix ❤️
This year I'm getting out of School finally, and as a celebration I'm saving up the Fourth mix of Cosmos 💜💚🖤

You've been such a big inspiration for me since I listened the first Cosmos volume. Thank you for your job, because you inspire others, like me. When I have a difficult task, I know there is no impossible goals, because we are "children of the stars" (Cosmos Vol. 2), and the Universe is ours. I am your big fan. Greets and hugs.

this makes solving math problems feel like inventing a time machine or writing code that will block astroids from hitting planet earth -  haha, amazing art!
